Returns and Exchanges
Jayne Doe Design’s return and exchange policy


We want you to love what you purchased. But if something isn’t right, let us know right away. We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused, non-damaged items.
Please see below for details:

For returns: If you receive one of our items and it is not what you expected or you don’t absolutely love it, we will be happy to exchange it for you. If you’d rather have a refund, we’ll take care of that too. Please place the new and unworn item in an appropriate shipping box, including a sufficient amount of protective packing material along with your original invoice or receipt, and mail the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. Also, please include a brief description of why you are returning your item, as this will help us to provide better customer service in the future.


Please Note
: All returned merchandise must be in unworn, saleable condition and made within 30 days of receipt of item. If paid by credit card, please allow 2-3 weeks from the day you return your package for your refund to be credited. If you paid by cash, check or money order please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your refund in the mail. Damaged, returned items due to lack of sufficient protective packaging, and/or items returned in non-saleable condition will not be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be in the amount of the original purchase, minus shipping and handling charges incurred for delivery.

If you have received your purchase and have concerns that are not addressed here, please call customer service at
916.705.6004, we will be happy to discuss the matter with you personally.

For exchanges: Return your merchandise in new and unused condition with your original invoice to the address below, along with your request for the item(s) you would like to receive in its place. Be sure you return your item(s) in an appropriate shipping box, including a sufficient amount of protective packing material, and ship it to the address below via insured mail. If there is a difference in value, we will charge your credit card for the new item(s) and process your credit for the returned merchandise. In-stock items will ship within approximately 2 business days at no charge for standard shipping and handling.


Please consider...

  • All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
  • Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • If the original payment was cash, check, money order or gift certificate you will receive your refund in the mail.

Gift Certificates:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • A new merchandise certificate will be issued for the remaining balance of a gift certificate, unless the remaining balance is less than $5.00.
  • Gift certificates are non-transferable.
  • Gift certificates must be used within 1 year of date of issue.
