Or, if your item needing repair is within your "Six-Month Quality Warranty" period, simply forward your jewelry directly to us along with a brief description of the service you're requesting, any and all broken or loose components, and details of where the item should be returned. Please note that repairs take between 3 to 4 weeks to complete from the time the item is received in the studio, and depending on whether replacement materials need to be ordered or not, could take slightly longer.

Your warranty will cover all repairs that are due to defective components, faulty workmanship, accidental breakage, or any other reason we find ourselves responsible for, and your item will be repaired and shipped at no final cost to you.

Shipping expenses, replacement parts, and labor will be your responsibility.

If you are requesting a repair of an item that is not a Jayne Doe original piece, please call customer service at 1.800.608.8768 to inquire as to whether we can accomodate your request.

On occasion, we have found it is sometimes essential to re-wire the "All The Rage" bangle bracelets, as these pieces can cause stress to themselves because of their gorgeous heft and weight. If you determine this is true for you, and the spring in your bangle has sprung, we are happy to re-wire these at a reduced rate of $6.00. We will also split the cost of shipping, and pay for its return trip home.
